WORST SERVICE EVER, **********

<p>I took my vehicle to Motordeal in Vanderbijlpark on the 31st of August 2016 for a service, I was informed I need to replace alternator as well. I was charged R1070 for the part and R5500 in labour!! During May 2017 i started experiencing problems and after investigation found my alternator was faulty after only 12000km's . I went to Motordeal with my ist Invoice and was given the run around as to how the part hat to be returned to the manufacturer etc. After telling them that this was an inconvenience they replaced the alternator again with a pirate part and refused to give any guarantee on the part. I was not even aware that the first part was pirate and not original. My vehicle is now making a screeching noise and I was told this is normal and again was charged labour of R769.50......When this was not my fault why did they charge me R5500 the first time???? as it took average 2 hours to take out old one and replace new one. This matter will not be left there.</p>
