Incompetant and rude.

I put my bike in for a service in Jan 19. When I got it back it was constantly lagging and surging. They fetched the bike a total of four or five times over the next five months and even dropped my bike off the side of their truck while delivering it back to me, seriously damaging the fairing, which they did replace. They then said it was the clutch that needed to be replaced which cost me a further R1700. When I got the bike back it still had the same problem. The bike was then sent to Kawasaki who immediately diagnosed a minor electronic part that was malfunctioning. It was replaced for about R200. The manager of Motorcycles for Africa, Vincent, was extremely rude to me, even putting the phone down on me, and said that there was no problem with the bike, implying that I made it up. He has yet to apologize and I spent well over a Grand more than I should have. Shocking service and *********** staff. I will never use them again and I advise others not to either.
