Worst service I’ve ever had twice in a row

Last year I bought a car from motorcar world in parrow. It was giving me problems soon after and I took it back to be fixed.

Not only did the car take two months to get back to me it broke the same day that I got it back.

It then took them two more months to figure out that they must try and help my situation when I started threatening to take legal steps. They then convinced me to trade the broken car in for a nother one.

Not to my surprise the “new” car also immediately gave problems that they tried to fix over a sum of three months where I had to rent a car most of the time.

When they brought back the car there was still a engine light burning. I phoned them and according to them it was now my own problem.

The car has now been in my garage for a couple of months and I had to biy a cheap car to work.

I am bussy building a case and have three other clients of motorcar world whom have had the sam experience as I have and helping me. All I wanted from them was to return the car.

This is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. I have never heard from them again wich helps my case.

I have not one thing good to say about my experience with motorcar world and would never recommend them to anyone looking to buy a second hand car!
