EMPTY PROMISES - MOTORCARWORLD

<p>Good day<br />I hope you can help me.<br />I bought a 2012 Kia Sportage 2.0lt A/T AWD from Motorcar World in Bellville Cape Town, 29 September 2016<br />The salesman was a Eugene Clark. ********** 280.<br />There was a few issues that they had to repair. 2 of items was the right hand front headlight aswell as the passenger door switch. Up till now they come with empty promises. He even send me a proof of payment of when the bought the light, dated end of Nov 2016, they dont respond to emails or whats apps, and if he contact me its again full of promises. The front light is working but the auto leveling is faulty. I do like the car very much, I replaced the tyres now all new, the brakes has been done, so I did spend money on the car, but I cant go on like that. I had to borrow a friends car to go on leave but had to return back as he needed the car, so it costed me money. as the light keep on dropping so after a few hours drive it light up the road just around 20mt in front of you. The front passenger window can only be opened from the drivers door as the the door switch is faulty. I need your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible.<br /> </p>
