Motorcade motorsport Stikland failure to complete contract

<div>From an initial estimate of R40 000 to get an already fitted engine replacement running 100% &amp; sorting out mainly the electronics I have now spend almost R250 000 with **** the owner, on problems he identified. 20 months later the original work is not completed, the clutch, radiator and prop-shafts he fixed, after he “saw” a problem, now need replacement although he were told immediately after fixing/ replacing it, it were problematic ever since his fix. He undertook to give me a booking for warranty work but just kept “to busy”. Then I found evidence, and he admitted, that he overcharged and charged me for work done under warranty. When confronted he referred the complaint to RMI, other than their code of ethics stating that a client/ consumer can lay a complaint against their members, which he is, who then backed out when they received the evidence, because it was to factual and outside their jurisdiction. Currently with MIOSA, not allowed to fix the vehicle until their ruling which could take months. Cost estimate at R80 000 by another mechanic to repair his “fixes” &amp; complete the original work he contracted, was paid for in full, but failed to do. Proof of over and double billing, billing for warranty work. Steer clear or check his invoicing if you dealt with him</div>

mr Matthee's next stunt is to imply that motorcade motorsport pty ltd never dealt with me as a client as he changed the cc to a pty ltd in August 2021 after dealing and failing his contract with me until end July 2021. please refer to companies & intellectual commission: at time of conversion cc must be solvent & not engaged in liquidation or business rescue & at conversion all assets, liabilities, rights & obligations that vested in the cc or its member exists as if the conversion did not occur. Must be easy in SA if you just shake your legal responsibilties by re-registering your cc to a pty ltd, still using the same website, same premises & same scope of work, and the exact same member of the cc is now the director of the pty ltd. My experience with motorcade motorsport is just getting worse by the minute with them trying their utmost to escape their legal obligations & responsibilities in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. I CAN & WILL NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE BASED ON THIS PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND EVIDENCE AVAILABLE.
