Motorcade motorsport failed to perform on a contract which they were paid almost a quarter of a million rand for. At the start of the contract, he requested that I buy additional parts, like an ECU, alternator, etc for in case as he predicted it might be faulty, although all the parts were in place on the vehicle, and he did not "quote" for replacement after his original diagnostic. These parts were never returned, either the new ones or the original ones, and he were requested multiple times to give it back, which he failed to do every time the vehicle were collected and taken back on failures of his work. civil action are in process. However when now again requested to return my lawfully owned property, he refused and claims lien on the parts until I pay almost R10000-00 storage for my property being there because of his refusal or failure to return it. ******ion became part of the failure to perform. in further posts I shall place videos, etc of his workmanship
