Tacky service

Motoradio centre was due to install my car tracking device on the 9th of Jan. Theypromised to come to my place have it installed there. They called at 16h00 to say they are on their way. This after taking a day of at work to ensure that everything is in order. Bear in mind that this affects my car insurance cover as per agreement, the car only will be covered when a netstar tracker is installed. Im even scared to use my car fearing the unknown.

So today 10th of Jan i get a call from them claiming the technician did not find my address on the gps system, and promised to install it on Saturday the 13th. That is when i threw a fit as i cant pay for an unrendered service.

So they then promised to come today the 10th still waiting for them.

Say no to bad service especially when it affects other parts of your life
