Unprofessionalism

I have taken a Warranty plan on my vehicle with dotsure from 2021, I logged a claim on Friday the 6th of October 2023, received a claim reference, submitted multiple forms requested however until today no feedback regarding the claim has been received, this is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional I will take this up legally now since the company is so unprofessional
