Motor service vaps

I have a car warranty with services motor Vaps. And I the last 3 weeks I believe I was Gavin wrong information by the sales agent that I spoke. On Monday night I called them cause I have a problem 'were by I was experiencing 2 flat tyres at night. I was explained that I will have pay 2500 for a tow truck and I will have buy my own tyres. Well I have made other arrangements where by I call some to send a car to help and I spend 1500. This guy's are still debit my account. Today I have called them again requesting to speak to a team leader or the manager, to my surprise I was to I can not speak with any of the and they will call me back after I was on a call for almost 30 minutes.

I believe people should be advised about this companys who are *****ing from the poor South Africa citizens.
