ADVANCED EXTENDED WARRANTY

I would like to express my unhappiness and frustration with the matter at hand. My policy and contact details as per attached.

Upon the submission of my 1st claim to ADVANCED EXTENDED WARRANTY, we were informed by the Toyota Dealer, that the “Policy and Claim” are Invalid according to the “Call Centre Agent” giving the following reason – Service Requirements Section in terms of your section E (Terms & Condition)
The vehicle was due for a service at 45 000 km and at the time of the claim the “ODOMETER” Reading was at 44 240 km but, technically the last service was done on 28 438 km and not the 30 000km as per the service book for NEXT SERVICE DUE.
Basically the “Call Centre Agent” penalised the claim on the fact that the NEXT SERVICE DUE should have been on 43 438 as this would have been 15 000km after the last service.
I would however like to stress, based of the fact that I have studied your little booklet and no were does it state the Exact “Service Percifics”
Beside in your (Section B) It states the following – Must have a full service history in place as per the Manufacturer’s specification; ( according to the service warranty the vehcile still have a full service history in place)
As per your SERVICE REQUIREMENTS in point (4)of your Section B, Note (a) A maximum tolerance as per Manufacture’s specifications will be allowed.- # TOLERANCE ( willingness to accept) being 1500km before or 1500km after NEXT SERVICE DUE.

Kindly advise as to why a policy would penalise, if not stated very clearly in the (Terms & Condition) and if the vehicle is still within service warranty with the Manufacture’s specifications. We have logged a complaint with your Customer Care referance GWH 125053, on 14th February 2017 to request a copy of the voice recording and the Invalidation of Claim was not given to me, as part of the marketing of the Policy and today 22nd february 2017 being the 7th working day and I have not had any feedback on this matter.

In my person view,the “ Invalidation of Claim and Policy” should be invalid and the claim should be processed, as this vehicle is still in a immaculate condition. I am awaiting your speedily reply on the matter as we have been treated unfairly in this regard as loop-holds or now being hunted for in respect on a claim being processed by the ADVANCED EXTENDED WARRANTY.

Meanwhile I feel, I am beeing kept on a line because on each deadline date I would get a new deadline date ;

voice recording deadline was 22/02/2017 - and I got a letter say that I will receive feedback in 48 hour being 27/02/2017 - and I got a email saying that a Mrs Lorraine Posner will response period for complaints is within 20 working days with effect from receipt of the complaint this will take me into the new month while I have been inconvenienced since 14/02/2017 Nedbank Claim and Policy now want to go above the specialised Deal being Toyota very bad service on ADVANCED EXTENDED WARRANTY for vehicles
