Poor system

I hereby write this report intensely frustrated by the poor and inconsiderate system at the Milnerton vehicle Registration offices. The situation is terrible and service completely inaccessible. I have been queuing for the past two weeks everyday literally for over two hours and still have not received help. The queues are unreasonable long and service extremely slow. Car sale garages take up much of the day to register I guess new vehicles, on the same queue as individuals with private transactions. Staff locked behind and unreachable, no queue marshal or info desk. Opening hours short and limiting access to service.<br> <br> The system is extremely poor and slow thus limiting access to the car registration and licensing service. The l waiting period long and unacceptable, waiting hours ranges from anything between 2 hours to 5 hours., literally.<br> <br>
