Motor vehicle registration appauling

So regarding renewal of car license disks. The people between March and June 2020 got a extension till End August 2020.

What I find appauling is that people stand from 5am/6am in queues to get there license done. Yet we are still impacted with overdue license and no extension given. There is no systematic way at the airport license renewal. Where I experienced at strandfontein branch there was a cut off in the line.
