Excellent service at Pinelands Motor Vehicle Registration department

My elderly father and I needed to change ownership of his car at the Pinelands vehicle department. We had some issue with the paperwork but the lady and her supervisor who assisted were extremely patient and helpful, and we managed to sort everything out.
