Motor spares stop mistreats customers

I bought a left door window after my car got smashed and grabbed, before buying this product a colleague of mine told me about MSS suggested i buy there. We sent an email inquiring about the back passanger window which i needed to fit on monday and they said they dont have but can order it and i will get it before the end of the day. while commincating via phone call and email i asked for assurance if i will have the window the very same day which they said i should come in the store and make a payment before they could order of which i did hence i needed my car fixed. around 12pm in the afternoon on monday i went to the store made a full payment to show how serious i was to get the window and again asked if by 5mp will i get cause i still need to install it and the promised me that and said they will call me to collect. around 3pm i sent a mail to check if its ready to collect by no reply, then i called to check but they said the guy who made the sell is gone and they can not help me. now i am faced with a problem of not having a window and my car is not safe so i made another arrangement and when i when to the store to cancel the purchase they chased me out and declined to refund
