What an experience....BMW

A special shout out to Phineas at the BMW - MIDRAND workshop.

A small challenge met with a huge response. Phineas is true asset to this business. He really went out of his way to help me and found the best solution for me. Made a few trips to the workshop and back to my car without even a hint of concern. He walked me through to every department I needed to be and when we were done, he walked me to the payment counter before he said goodbye. A truly GREAT BMW experience from start to finish. I felt extremely good driving a BMW after that experience….just to know that the after sales experience is as good as the pleasure of driving a BMW.

Just to mention – on arrival, I was met with a young lady at the entrance. She, too, didn’t just point me in the right direction….but walked me to the workshop to find Phineas. Like I said, great from the word go. THANK YOU AGAIN to the BMW Waterfall team.
