I am not happy with the way you handle my case a lady from BMW Waterfall SUE MARIE in specific . The car stayed with you guys for 2 months when it was still on a motor plan and they diagnosed that it was chawing much oil since i used to come and buy oil now and then from my advisor Elias Mabena. And the advisor told me Elias that the injectors were supposed to be removed and they did not remove them but they only cleaned them even Sue Marie knows the story just 2 months the car started having the same problem drivetrain and i took it back and now you said i have to pay the R15 900 since BMW only paid R12 000 only which is unfair to me. I never expected that from BMW since all my cars i service them at BMW but you are so cruel. Pathetic and unprofessional service from a BMW dealership.
