Bad service at BMW waterfall

I am not happy with the service I am receiving at BMW Midrand currently. The guy “vacian” who is my service advisor is been giving me an attitude since morning. I hv been stack in the mall since morning. It was a struggle in the morning for him to give me someone to drop me by the mall now I asked him to send someone to pick me up and he said I must wait for another hour n he said he is giving me this kinda service cos I brought my car late. Can i pls have someone to pick me up at mall of africa
