Bad Customer Service & Satisfaction
We bought a second hand Nissan Navara 2007 model fro Motor Retail Mecca in February 2017. Upon our search for a new used car we came across this vehicle, it was in agood condition and seemed to be in good working order. My husband took the vehicle for a test drive, he came across a few minor problems and negotiated with the salesman to fix all the problmes and we will then gladly buy the vehicle. On the day of delivery we relised that none of the problems had been fixed. We phone and took the vehicle back to dealer who agreed that this time they will fix same during the course of the day and we will be able to pick up the vehcile that afternoon. This time I (a woman) went to pick up the vehicle due to the fact that my husband had to be at work, when I got home, my husband went through the vehicle and to his astonishment they only attended to the wind noise problem, and no other problem. My husband phoned the dealer and they were very rude and told us that if they had to fix anything else that will be on our cost. This was not agreed upon during our first test drive and during the negotiations my husband and the salesmen agreed upon. We have been struggeling for almost 1 year to get any response from them and it has cost us a lot of money to get this vehcile fixed, (and it is not even fully functional yet) we have even had the vehcile at Nissan and they have given us a hefty quote in order for th evehicle to be fully fixed. All of the wiring on the vehicle is a mess, the lights, indicators radio etc is not working from day one and this was supposed to be fixed upon delivery to us. This dealership only wants to makes money and does not care about the client at all or bad service, as long as they make their money they are happy. Very dissapoined MOTOR RETAIL MECCA MONTANA
