Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! The owner received my deposit 2 weeks ago and has been paid by the bank, but I still don't have my car. He does not reply to emails and does not answer his phone. He has **** about ordering spares to fix mechanical details on the vehicle and does not provide feedback. He also does not sort out the licensing of the car, which he is obligated to do. I have reported him to the Motor Industry Ombudsman and to financial houses who provide finance for his vehicles. DO NOT buy from Motor Junction!!

21 Nov 2018, 20:36Clair i really thought your word is your honour. I guess i was wrong. Motorjunction followed all the necessary steps when selling a vehicle. We send our cars to RMi approved workshops when repairs of service is required. In this regard we send this car for more opinions as we wanted to deal with this fairly. You test drove this vehicle 2 times before you decided to buy it. We did not force the vehicle onto you, and when you advised us about problems on the vehicle we took it in and provided you with a courtesy car free charge even after we decided to cancelled the deal. You Promised us that if we cancel the deal we will part ways and you'll retract all your bad comments on the net.. which you did , only to post it once you received your deposit back. Shame on you as we hold our end of the agreement. Hope you have found you dream car. Regards Motorjunction
