Kenrich Delta and GM

<p>It's now 17th months I am having trouble with the radio/phone with my Isuzu KB.</p> <p> </p> <p>The dealership replaced the radio a couple of times but that didn't solve the issue sometimes made it even worst. Then I had a appointment last week, when I arrived no plans were in place. The dealer principal did his upmost to lie himself into a new plan. I recorded all his lies. when I complaint for waiting from 4 till 5:45 he called me over reacting and rediculious. Then he write to GM telling them I was unwilling to wait 30 sec. I refuse to deal with him any longer and requested GM to intervene. That they did, promise to have a plan in place when I get to PE in the morning, the 14th. Phoning GM again after no feedback I was told didn't I get a call. Then they promise a call within 30minutes. It's now 3 hours since my call to GM still no call.</p>
