Motor hero

I'm not happy about the service of motor hero, I renew my car license disc on 15th of August but until now I haven't received the disc and my car license disc has expired on the 30th of August, I don't know what to do because even the contract details are not working,I'm angry and disappointed. If anyone can assist me on this matter, please 🙏
