Do not use Motor Hero for license disc renewals

Terrible service from Motor Hero. Weeks of automated messages saying there are delays, and then multiple email responses promising that the renewal has been 'escalated'. Grace period ends tomorrow. An email response to my query today simply says they've not received the disc from the department and can't tell me when it'll be delivered. Nevermind the potential fine, driving an unlicensed vehicle voids my car insurance, so I'm without a vehicle indefinitely now.

Stay away!! Truly a waste of money and energy!
