Bad Service

Worst service. I app**** for renewal for the license of my wife's vehicle in November and paid the requested fees. I submitted all the necessary documents - proof of address, marriage certificate, my wife's id and my id as well as copy of the license. The status has been showing LDR Blocked since almost the beginning of December. The apparent reason was that the photo on the copy of my ID was not very good. I resubmitted a new copy of my ID a few times now and it remains blocked. I am also not receiving any updates anymore. I requested them for a refund and still no reply. STAY AWAY from them. There is NO service!!
