I’m a little confused to be honest, site says max 7-21 days, was getting apologies for taking long like a week in. 27 days later still get scattered autogenerated apologies. Really? 30mins at the right department and I would have been done… kinda disappointed. Grace period just ended. Why is there no contact email? Only one way sms’s… please help me, I don’t like rating down.
