Motor Health Nelspruit appalling service

The only reason this place gets 1 star is that there is no option for no star. I was referred to them by a friend, and they were supposed to attend to the engine (cylinder block and pistons) for my Audi A3. The owner, Sam Sibiya, apparently once worked for Audi and then decided to establish his own car mechanic enterprise.

What was supposed to take a month in September 2021 has dragged on for 4 months. From making flimsy excuses to empty promises and, lately, outright unprofessional behaviour like lying compulsively, not picking up my phone calls and threatening to abandon the job. which he has been fully paid for, by the way. T
