Worst service from Motorhappy.
I took out a scratch and dent for 24 months which was supposed to end in OCT 2020 and i was still getting debited. I didnt realize i was getting debited until 7 April. Sent numerous mails and no response. After a week i called 3 people asked me to call 3 different numbers and i was not getting through. The only joy i got was when i sent a message on facebook only then my query was dealt with. From 7 April up till now i haven't received a refund on the amount which wasn't supposed to be deducted it kept on being handed over to other people. Yesterday i was told that my query was handed over to her('Nonhlanhla Masango) Team leader and i was going to receive a response by end of yesterday. Still no response. Absolutely disappointing. Wouldn't recommend them at all!!!
