VIOLATE POPI ACT
MotorHappy violate the POPI Act as I did not give any consent using my personal information for their marketing. Receive often annoying sms messages regarding some motorplan. I did not enquire about their products neither did I request a quote. You better stop with this ******* practice unless if MotorHappy can afford R1m fines!!!!

Originally, we received your information in March 2021, through one of our longstanding lead gen partners. We have contacted you but could never get hold of you telephonically. We then included your number in our internal SMS system, if you reply Yes, we would call you and if your reply NO/Stop you would be opted out. We have now removed your number from our database and you should never receive an SMS from us again. You will also receive an email confirmation within 24 business hours.
Once again apologies for the SMS and any inconvenience caused.
