Unhappy with Motorhappy / Liquid Capital

Im not happy with the service that i received from Motorhappy/ Liquid Capital i asked them to email me my policy documents on the 26 July 2022 because i have changed my email address, Skhulile Buthelezi confirmed that my email has changed first she said they cannot email me my policy document because they do not have my vehicle disk details, i told her that i have submitted them via an sms that i received from her company which they didnt even bother to update my details, i emailed her a picture of my disk the very same day she even confirmed that she has received it reference CAS-***-TOBL9, but i didnt received my policy document even after all that, then i called them on the 5 August 2022 reference CAS-***-J8N1L2 still nothing, is this a real company or a **** because my account was debited successfully but i cant even get simple policy documents, i have lost my trust in this company because if they can even email me my policy documents will they be able to pay for my car service when the time come, is the company real or is it a **** which i will pay on a monthly basis and then when it is time to claim i will be taken from pillar to post the same way it is difficult for them to email me my policy documents, it is my first month with the company and already I'm not happy with the service that i received. Is everything that they said comes with my policy a lie that is why now it is difficult for the company to email me my policy documents.
