Unfriendly and Rude consultant - Zama Magagula

I am really not happy with the first agent I spoke to. His name is Zama Magagula, his definately not customer friendly and I picked up a lot of arrogance in his responses to a point where I asked to please speak to his supervisor or another agent and he hung up on me.

I am still waiting for a call from the supervisor and I hope they get to listen to our voice conversation. I am a Snr technical sales rep and I can confirm that he has poor customer service skills and will make you loose customer. I only called back because I love motorhappy and spoke to Raylene who nicely assisted me with my warranty renewal.

If I could issue zero stars because of the way Zama spoke to me I would.
