Unauthorised Debit Order

I'm complaining for the umpteenth times about you guys debiting my account sporadically two years after my contact with you ended and was PAID IN FULL!!!

I get no feedback from telephonic queries. You only seem to be responsive when I complain via social media - even though that yield no real results also. . . Either your system has been offline for more than 3 weeks (I was advised I would be called once your system is up again) or you have the poorest after sales support I've come across in years!!!!

I don't see why I must run after you guys to correct your mistakes. What happed to honesty, reliability and accountability in your business dealing??? Are these simply not part of your companies ethos?

Please not since social media complaints are the only ones you respond to I will keep using it!

Not only am I incurring the cost on reversing you debit, or not have funds in my account for your UNAUTHORIED debits, but your failure to correct you issue is affecting my credit rating.
