Totally unhappy with Motorhappy!!!😡😡😡

Highly disappointed with Motorhappy. I phoned them in the month of June to notify them that the information on the service documents is incorrect; it was logged, but they never came back to me with any feedback. So I phoned last week (24/09/2024) to confirm if the service policy is all good, so they gave me the go-ahead for this week, so I made a booking for today (03/10/2024). Motorhappy is totally unprofessional; they never phoned; I had to phone five times with no reply. A young man working for Motorhappy went out of his way for me and walked to the different departments to find out what was happening. To get back to the issue, this is the second time I made this mistake. I took my vehicle to the dealership and waited like a fool. I can promise you this Motorhappy it will not end good for you 😡😡😡
