They avoid claims like The plague
Don’t trust this company at all, they find every reason to not pay a claim. A sensor which was part of my ABS system stopped working and they refused just cause it’s wasn’t a listed part, even though the policy states abs system will be covered. They essentially don’t cover anything because one line includes an item and another excludes it in the policy. I’ve had them for two years and I paid for every fix under my bonnet area myself. My mechanic struggled with them as well.
If you have premium cars, try somewhere else. If you don’t have a premium car, try somewhere else.

26 May 2021, 09:15 Hi Wiseman,
As per the feedback received from the Administrator your claim was rejected based on the component not being listed on the covered parts for your vehicle as you have mentioned.
As there are so many different types of problems that can arise in a vehicle (i.e. serviceable, wear-and-tear, mechanical, accidental, etc) it always important to read through policy booklets to understand how and when a product will cover your vehicle.
We are sorry that we could not assist with this claim.
