TERRIBLE service and please STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I took the service plan plan out 18 Jan 2017, was suppose to get 3 services start Kilometer 71050 and end Kilometer 116049, they pay for 2 services refuse to pay out my last service because the dealership didn't claim the 75000km, now want to cancel the plan and they want to charge me a cancellation fee. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! Stay away!! Wish I read up on the Hallo Peter reviews.
