Service plan renewal

I was not so happy with the service that motor happy provided reason being that I was renewing my services with them and the sales consultant that was helping me was all over the place. He quoted me on two cars and I confirmed one of the cars and told him that I will confirm the other one the following week and not even making me aware that the quote he is providing is valid for that week only as they were running a special. The following week I call to confirm my services with them, suddenly the quote he provided last week is no longer available!!! Then I had to be quoted again and the price was even way higher than what I was quoted initially.... like what a Wow!!!! The sales people services are very poor and wouldn't recommend it to anyone...
