Service Plan Extension

I have been wanting to be contacted to extend my service plan since last year Feb 2017 I went back to my dealership and they said that they would send through my contact details again which were never done! I then took it upon my own and sent through a request on the website and have just recieved the worst service a person ever could have!!!!!
