Service plan and warranty

When I submitted an online inquiry it took less than 5minutes for them to respond. The lady was very helpful and willing to answer all the questions I had . She understood where I came from and even offered to email me directly so that it's easy for me to get hold of her should the unforseen arises. Very good customer care.
