Rude

<div>I make a contract with the above company 4months ago within that space I have realised that my car is going to reach the limit before I could claim. I contact them to amend my policy instead they tell me I did not disclosed that I am travelling a lot which they never question me before. I get furious and tell me to cancel my contract while I am waiting for my refund no one contacted me or whatsoever it was me always make a contact for a feedback. All of sudden I was refunded a one month instalment instead of they say the rest of the money is a cancellation fee.in short I would like to say they are *********** and rude and I don't think I will recommend any one of my collegues or family to make a contract with them especially Jerome.</div>
