Refusal to pay out and terrible staff

Worst service plan ever.. They've been collecting money with ease but when they have to pay out they refuse.. I've sent through proof of everything they need but they've had me on hold for more than 7 days. I'm missing out on work because I've been chasing them around... Terrible staff that refuses you speak with their superiors... Wouldn't advice on this service plan
