Refund

Had a service plan that have been paying for a few months. When I wanted to make use of the plan, service was poor and I was given the run around. I ended up cancelling the plan and paid for the service myself. I have been given the run around regarding my refund. I'm trying for days to find out how much I will be refunded and when to expect payment. I don't get feedback on email and call center agents place me on hold and eventually drop the call. Absolutely shocking service. Debit orders go off on time but when it's time to make use of them it's a nightmare. Will never recommend them to anyone
