Poor service plan from liquid capital

Good day I have problem with motor happy liquid capital with my service cover as per policy it says 4 years/ 60 000KM which either way will come first that is when we can cancel policy now Is 60 000km but they want to continue deducting they just not clarifying the policy when they do it they say it word of mouth and in written is not like that, they have power service
