Poor service

Done a quote online on 21/12/2020 for service plan, worked out about R384p/m for 20 mo ths. Received an e-mail from Motorhappy that I will get an extra 10% discount, worked out at roughly R343 per month x 20 months. All this happened on the 21st Decemder. The next day, the 22nd, they phoned me and quote me R384 again for 20 months. I told the guy about the discount e-mail, he then said it was for black friday. Wake up Motorhappy, black friday is long gone, and your system still gives the discount, who is to blame for that, the customer? I dont think so.
