Pathetic Service
I have finance with MFC. Every few months I have to submit proof of insurance because motor happy MFC threatens to add insurance on to my vehicle premium. In the last 5 years I have financed 8 cars and have never experienced this kind of constant threats of forcing insurance on customers. MFC is a ******* bank to deal with

Kindly note as per your finance agreement with MFC, it is a contractual requirement to maintain comprehensive insurance on your vehicle for the full duration of your finance term. From time to time, MFC may request proof of active insurance as part of our standard process to ensure compliance with the finance agreement. This is a routine measure aimed at safeguarding both parties and is outlined clearly in the terms and conditions of your agreement.Should you have any further queries or require assistance in submitting your insurance documents, our team is always here to help.
