Paid for a service that i am denied of

I bought 3 services from moto happy and used 2 so far because my car has service indicator i dont go on normal 15 000 service intervals. All this was discussed before i bought the plan that should my car require a service long after the stipulated 135 000 KMs then i will still get all my services. Now that i need to take my car in for service i am told that i have claimed my last service at 135 000. Can i get assistance with this because i paid and now denied a service
