Only paid for minor service when my car is due for a major service

I have been the motor happy customer for the past 5 to 6 years and I had never any complaints with them until recently.I renewed my plan last year and it looks like I was renewed on the budget plan.when the plan was renewed my car had just did 165000 km,how do you offer me a plan that you know it will have to start with a minor service when you can see that my next service will be a major service?you don’t don’t care about your clients,you just want to deduct money from my car every month but can’t even service my car,why would I take a plan that won’t work for me while paying every month. Please cancel this plan with immediate effect,I rather save the money and pay cash with no hassles,now I have to fork money out of my own pocket when I have paid more than 5000 for the past 15 months. You don’t give a damn about your clients.
