NOTHING HAPPY ABOUT MOTOR HAPPY

<p> I would like to report Motor Happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get a settlement balance of my service plan from Motor Happy. I have asked them when the Policy's end and if could ask what the balance of my policy is.</p> <p> </p> <p>They say they cant give me a settlement balance because of variables. I don't know how difficult it is to just tell me that this is when my policy ends and what I own</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called and emailed and now am extremely frustrated with them. I have had this policy from the 1st June 2015 and I am still paying an amount of R 205.51. It is apparently a two year contract. I have taken my car in last year as they said they could change the cambelt, and resulted in further damage to the vehicle. I did notify them, but ignored me of the complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to pay up this policy. You would think I learnt the first time with Liquid Capital and get myself again into the same predicament</p> <p> </p> <p>All I ask from Motorhappy is to give the amount owing from January 2017 to the end of my contract the end of May 2017. I want to end the contract and pay them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Till date I have paid almost 3082.50 and I have another year to go.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT TO KNOW THE AMOUNT OWING FROM THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 2017 TO THE END OF MAY 2017 ! </p> <p> </p>
