No service at all .Motor Unhappy

I am very disappointed that when i needed my car serviced i was only then informed that i cant as i was never informed that i had to wait four or five month to service my card.when my old service plan ended it was just before my 75k service ,then i was forced to wait for teh debit orders to go off and in teh interim my car is on 80ks and was told i cant have it serviced. I asked for the complaints and was ignored. If i knew i had to wait then i would have made a plan to get funds to service my car. Spoke to Neo and she just told ne to email liquid capital. Gone are the days that people take ownership of their omission of important information.MOTON***9
