<div>I had car breakdown on Thursday last week. I called road assist. They check on their system where they should take my car around where I had a breakdown. They took to MCJ service centre where the situation got worse claim was sent to the insurance.they never responded until the dealer called they told her that they won't pay her due to that the acc they had with her was cancelled but they never bothered to call me to inform. I had to make other arrangements to tow the car to another dealer SRD service centre. Treatment I received from this insurance is so bad out of this world. I don't wish this to happened to anyone. Up until today they haven't approved the claim the car still at dealer. They don't answer phones they keep playing music until they cut the call. I tried complain office they all the same I even emailed to them nothing is happening. I really need help on my case. This insurance is really not doing right. </div>
