Nedbank MFC and Motorthappy

I logged a claim a I have debt cover after my accident. I called and was told I need to send email I did that then followed. Up no one went pick up my cat had to pay for towing fees and storage as my car was badly damaged and the debt cover never assisted I called and called with no one helping me since December the 6th they deduct the installment monthly till thos day I am without a car and Nedband failed me I am paying for a car thay is fixed with second hand and I must pay the panel beater R38 0000 while I'm still paying monthly car installment and debt cover that never assisted I feel cheated and betrayed my money is going every month but I don't have a car due to a accident that almost took my life and my kids life

Never trust this insurance guys ever the agents all **** made empty promises to this day. It's so sad.
