Motorhappy is useless
Ive got a serviceplan with motorhappy. I took my vehicle for a 150000km service. Ford who done the service apply for authorisation and had endless trouble getting authorisation on parts for mentioned service. Things like coollant, air filter and petrol. Also when I took out the plan they say it cover the timing belt was cover which they also refuse to issue. It take Ford till 15H00to get the authorisation on this service which I feel was not what I pay for. People be carefull of Motorhappy they dont deliver what they promise

As per the feedback received from the Administrator the service claim on your Ford was received from the dealership at 9:49am and authorisation was sent back to the dealer at 10:33am. The timing belt was not authorised on this service because your vehicle specifies that the timing belt is changed every 7years/105 000kms and will be due to be changed again in 2023/210 000kms.
