Shane Beukes assisted me with a quote for a service plan for my car...the whole conversation was so pleasant...i ended up getting the service plan with the warranty plan and the scratch and dent plan...i will have a 'new' car by December...he explained everything to me nicely...i hope the claim for service ect will be as pleasant as obtaining the quote...
